The documents that make up a building permit file

• Certificate of salvation of the salaries imposed on the owner of the property.
• A technical study of the thermal efficiency of buildings intended for collective housing and of office buildings with an area of ​​more than 500 square meters prepared by an architect or a studies office and approved by an observer office licensed by the Ministry of Equipment and Housing.
