The documents that make up a building permit file
Every citizen desiring to erect a building or renovate an old building, or make repairs to it, is required to obtain a building permit.
For that, he must present the following documents:
- A requirement on plain paper signed by the license applicant or his representative (2 copies).
- Ownership certificate, merit judgment or other document proving that the plot of land on which the building will be built belongs to him (2 copies).
- Technical instruction card issued by the administration signed by the architect and designer of the project (2 peers).
- Building project in five peers. (5 isotopes).
- The receipt of the declaration of the tax on the income of natural persons or the tax on companies. (5 isotopes)
- Certificate of salvation of the salaries imposed on the owner of the property.
- A technical study of the thermal efficiency of buildings intended for collective housing and of office buildings with an area of more than 500 square meters prepared by an architect or a studies office and approved by an observer office licensed by the Ministry of Equipment and Housing.
- Presentation note (2 analogues).

The employee is known for: individual construction, duplex or group building, and extension or renewal of a building permit.
